As cypher & KJ main,

1. Because KJ utility is geared more towards offensive style and Cypher utility more toward defensive style.
2. KJ utility is active, while cypher is passive.

KJ bot can detect enemy in certain radius and KJ turret can see enemies as player see normal. But cypher skill is not.
If you wanna make KJ utility become global, to make is balance you should make Cypher wire moves when enemy in certain range, and make cypher cage makes enemy vulnerable and damaging while enter it.
Even same sentinel, KJ and cypher have different playstyle. So it's all balance.
Even for me I think cypher is better in term utility.
But KJ ultimate is too OP while cypher ultimate is trash.

Sinatraa is a very good player. Any team wanna have him in their team.
The question is "Which org ready to take the people blabber about the scandal even he is proven innocent?"

So my guess, sinatraa most likely will stay in SEN at least until his case is over or until his ban in PRO player is over.

If you not a hardcore fanboy and watch to enjoy the game, you can see that EU play is a little better in term line-up and strategy.
It's just SEN teamwork is on another level especially on using utility.
It's not as unique as korean use utility. Not as 5Head as EU utility. Not as effective as other team use util.
