Here some advices that might work for you
- As everyone mentioned above you need to talk with your parents/family/friends (closest ones)
- And stop your negative thoughts and never think about them
- Try to be busy doing something you like.(if you don't know what things to do then just try anything that catches your attention) with this you will never have time to think about negative thoughts
- Don't depend on music anime or tv shows ...etc bcz once you watch them all you will feel empty and you will look for alternatives. So its a worse temporary solutions that might makes your mental health even worse.
- Everyone in this life was born for a purpose i don't believe we are born just like that its doesn't make sense because if you know why you are here then death will never scare you because you are ready to die (i don't want to break the rules and start talking about religion so you need to do your research abt this topic if it matters to you)
- Death is a predistined thing that you have to go through in this life so try to think about it in a different light, ask yourself this questions why i am here and why i was born in this world and why i have to die in the end ? My answer to this question is life is a bridge a test from god to test people, that why i am here and there is a reward after your death its like a normal exam like if i study well i get good grades its normal that i will get into a respected university > job ... Etc but if i didn't study well then i am more likely to not have a good career and i will end up doing nothing with my life.
Thats how i believe so in my opinion i really don't fear death but instead of that am working on myself to be the better person and i don't care if people remember my good deeds or not because i know that god knows. So that why i feel good
