Some orgs are already lowering salaries, C9, EG, KOI, and 100T all lowered their budget with salaries last year. But they cant just drop the salary like a rock it has to be slowly which I think most teams are doing

You're way off, the old EG roster was all paid around 35k monthly(excluding demon1 because he was on the reserve roster) and when EG said they were gonna give 50% salary cuts everyone but Jawg left. TenZ btw was bought for over $1mil his salary is absolutely around 40k.

depends on the region and org. Sentinels and LEV probably pay their players around 30-40k a month while EG and most Pacific teams pay around 10-15k a month. I dont really have any idea what the average EMEA salary is (this goes for tier1 and is in USD)

Tier2 again depends on region and org but a lot of the tier2 orgs are just paying league minimum(4.5k monthly) But some teams like M80, Apeks, and Oxygen are closer to 15k and have similar salaries to tier1 teams. RN most tier2 players are on F/A teams and arent paid anything tho
