Why did 100T pick this guy up? His IGL strats are so outdated and his skills are not on the level to a professional player.
0 succes at NiP and 0 success at Liquid. Do you remember how bad Liquid was when this guy was their IGL? Thats why he got kicked.

No EU Team wanted him so he switched to NA thinking NA is a free region, yes it is NA is a free win region but you are even worse than NA pen1s

NA doesn't have good igls. Name a smokes player in NA that has played for teams like TL, NIP and is a F/A. Only zander was there from SoaR but he had a high buyout.

100T should pay the "high buyout". SoaR themselves stated that it was not 200k and that they didnt set the price, the price was made by V1 and they agreed to it.
If 100T wants to win they have to invest. Why tf do they buy a tier 2 IGL from an other region?

Okay so he went to na because he got offered a good contract and 100thieves signed him because all the NA pros are locked in contract jail by other orgs due to all the academy teams being signed.

I think the main problem is that 100T trialed Zander and Cryo, yet picked neither of them up, and now look at how well they are doing. Also no one can rlly blame Ec1s for trying out on 100T and taking the contract when he was offered. Like he is getting offered a shit ton of money, why wouldn't he, it's his job. Just bad management on 100T's part tbh
