as someone who didn't get into valorant until 2023 and doesn't watch tier 2, i'm pretty sure the best bo5 was LOUD vs FNC lock in

SEN vs FNC 3 cinema maps + reactions + 1st event hype + insane NA vs EU rivalry in twitch chats >>> G2's Art of Choke with double map ban
i’m sure g2 and t1 trading blows in OT continuously on split and pearl winning rounds in the closest margin ever was worse than any of these matches
Also FNC got reverse swept TWICE that’s worse than losing with a double map ban lol
1st map: NRG 13-3
2nd map: NRG 13-6
3rd map: NRG led 11-1
at that point they were only two rounds away from becoming world champs while FNC had won just 10 rounds across the three maps. But FNC came back and won that map
3rd map: FNC 15-13
4th map: FNC 13-8
if FNC had won the 5th map as well this reverse sweep (starting with an 11-1 comeback) could have easily been better than lock in. But NRG won the last map easily so this match was mid i agree with that
G2 vs T1 and honestly for me not even close
3 absolute banger maps with almost every round (especially the OT ones) having a "Valorant top 50 moments of all time" moments in those rounds
Naaahhh, how can you call a one-sided 3–0 win the best Bo5? It has to be close, yk.
fl0ptic vs drx champs 22 lower finals is one of my all time favs but it doesn't rlly hold up to a lot of the newer ones
Only people who didn’t watch the Bangkok final live wouldn’t immediately say it was the best final, everyone who did watch it live would say it was
G2 vs T1
Boom vs spg
Th vs edg
Those 3 in that order for me, also imo the lock-in final had 4 fairly one sided maps it's just that map 5 was so good that that is how we remember the series
