the only black esports player i've ever known is refrezh in CS. neither val, league or cs have any black players. tbh idk why this happens but it's a trend in the biggest esports games. even in chess there's no black GM in top 50 in the world.

i think theres a large culture reason as at least from my experience most black people are either pushed away from video games by parents or social pressures, while its also never seen as a potential pathway as its so very uncommon
