Sayf has found success with a number of different teams across his career. He attended his first international event with Guild Esports Guild Esports Inactive in 2022, where he took down the likes of OpTic Gaming OpTic Gaming Inactive . In 2023, he was part of one of only two teams to deal a loss to FNATIC FNATIC Europe Rank #1 crashies Austin Roberts Boaster Jake Howlett kaajak Kajetan Haremski Chronicle Timofey Khromov Alfajer Emir Ali Beder , as he won the inaugural year of VCT EMEA with Team Liquid Team Liquid Europe Rank #10 paTiTek Patryk Fabrowski nAts Ayaz Akhmetshin trexx Nikita Cherednichenko Keiko Georgio Sanassy kamo Kamil Frąckowiak .

Most recently, Sayf has been with Team Vitality, and has brought similar levels of success. In 2024, the team climbed all the way to second place in Stage 2 to qualify to Champions, the organization's first international tournament.

In 2025, Vitality added big names in Less and Derke , and with Sayf taking up the IGL role, the proclaimed EMEA superteam rose to the top of the region. They swept Kickoff to win their first trophy, and earned tickets to Masters Bangkok, where they placed a respectable fourth.

Vitality went into Stage 1 as easy favorites for EMEA, but they unexpectedly fell flat. They found only two wins in the group stage, and then were immediately eliminated from playoffs. Following their exit from Stage 1, Sayf made the choice to step back from the roster to focus on his well-being. Now, Vitality has officially released him as he takes his break from competing.

“For those who stuck around, keep sticking around, ‘cause it's not the last time you're gonna see me,” said Sayf in his farewell video, hinting at a future return.
