Duelist balance change ideas

I thought of some possible changes riot could make to the duelists, I'd love to hear your opinions

Raze: Her satchels are still really strong so I think a good adjustment would be to make her satchels only do knock back to raze
Another change to raze could be to increase her ult cost to 9, but I feel like that would be too much of a nerf
Jett: While she isn't the most used duelist as of now, I feel like there should be an adjustment to her dash to make it so jett can only dash forward where she is looking
Neon: Add neon wall damage back and make it not damage teammates.
Phoenix: I think a good buff to give would be to his wall and molly to give pheonix a stim effect while he is in range of them and to reduce the damage both abilities do to teammates
Yoru: During setup time, yoru tp should decay 3x slower, he should be able to pick his clone back up during setup, and there should be a slight reduction in how long it takes yoru to teleport/pullout his gun after teleporting during the round
Iso: His wall should be a little bigger and his signature should give him a firing and movement speed buff in addition to its current reload speed increase
Reyna: I have no fucking idea other than to merge her heal and dismiss into one ability and to give her some sort of ability that helps her engage in 1v1s

Yeah, most of the rest I thought of on my own
I wanted to suggest neon having an alternate fire to her stun that has a larger radius, doesn't bounce, and disables sentinel utility for a short period of time

Ngl raze double satchel needs to go. Give her one satchel that boosts her further and keep everything the same.

The strong part about her satchels is that its two bursts of movement, if its just one propel then its no different than a jett updraft/dash, having one satchel would actually be horseshit because it removes her entry capability almost completely

make jett's dash not instant but more like how much time yoru takes to tp because thats the only broken thing about her kit

then revert the previous changes to her cloudburst and updraft cause they werent as broken as dash

no her cloudburst was broken, you could smoke spike and half it easily, and having 2 updrafts was very annoying and was stupid for a character to be able to just peek over a wall and kill you without any sort of reaction or way to counter it

Iso buff:

  • Insta shield (30 HP) with only 1 charge [E]
  • slow the enemy and also give vulnerability [Q]
  • Iso can stop the wall [C]
  • Iso can use his ability and the enemy can't [X]

This would actually be a pretty good idea, maybe not put a slow on his vulnerable since it's already a pretty good ability in my opinion
I think his signature should just give him a shield and a reload speed buff and after 1 hit the shield is gone, no 2nd charge
