why 2023 EG was a success

they were hardest grinders and properly learned from their mistakes to improve, that's all. They had an entire reserve roster that they could scrim for as much as they want at any time to practice the fundamentals and team cohesion, while EG were getting better from their matches in Tier 1 and scrims, so were their reserve roster. EG continuously improved since Demon1 joined to fix their Jett issues and its why after every match they almost always looked better than the last (Champs EG >>> Tokyo EG >>> Americas EG >>> LOCK//IN EG xd). This growth is shit we've never seen before.

now Zikz & Boostio are taking that hard labor sweatshop shit to 100T and look at where that's getting them now. 3 weeks of long ass scrims every single day https://twitter.com/Zikzlol/status/1789111747875610895

A lot of people speculated on what made EG so good of all a sudden but the raw truth is that everyone on that team wanted it more than anyone else and they showed it. Their Sova Fracture only looked so good because they MADE it good out of sheer practice, hence why they won Champions by only playing their best map once. The true grinders will always win the end.

What's to say other people didn't work just as hard?
Shit narrative to be honest, Zikz isn't even posting about EG in this tweet and you can't just extrapolate that to say "eg worked harder"
It's their job; everyone is putting in the hours.

The hardest workers are EDG and they didn't win shit

100T literally transformed because of the grinding Zikz & Boostio took to the team, the same guys that were on EG. They're applying what made EG work 1:1 because of the control they have, head coach + IGL. you can believe whether or not other teams grinded harder but just lost when it mattered but if issues aren't being fixed during then its all for nothing and it will show no matter what. Idk where tf you got EDG from also.
