Thank god G2 qualed instead of SEN. Look at the amount of cookage JoshRTz has brought in for playoffs whereas kaplan had his luggage ready for a vacation already. SEN were so meh that it would have been a travesty if they qualed and bombed out

i mean yeah but considering the circumstances it's kinda hard to cook up new shit when you have 56 gaping holes in your game, do you fix them? if yes where do you begin? do you just burn everything and cook up entirely new shit? do you focus on purely prep?

it's the choices you make as a coach, kaplan probably saw a huge difference in energy/motivation/vibes and decided it was the most important issue to tackle

they also have a literal trophy rn so there's no need to be so desperate, shanghai isn't do or die for them they can afford to take their time to fix their issues and innovate

every team has holes in their game you can exploit, it's valorant
