This is my personal opinion so I'm sorry if you get offended

-crashies

The reason why I would say crashies is because he's a initiator only player like Ethan and the whole point of the role is to help assist the team and 90% of the time Ethan has like double the assists of crashies

Demon1 should stay on the roster because he still has a lot of potential but they need to stop making him play raze and do what Potter did with him on EG and Victor should stay cause of his flexibility and has a pretty good raze so have him and Demon1 swap out

Marved is still one of the best controllers from NA in Tier1 so its best to keep him and Ethan I've already explained in the crashies bit

They need a IGL who can strat correctly and unite them together I would say FiNESSE but he probs will not come back to NRG so any good Tier2 IGL should do cause its been proven with johnqt

I mean stellar was never bad IGL it just didn't work with 100T

mitch is also IGLing for the first time in his career for OXG and so far has been pretty good

tdawgg/snarly IGLing a no namer team like QoR and beating OXG which is a favourite to win Ascension this year plus snarly duelist

Zoestol in the same position but with a worse team than QoR

And nitr0 IGLing for the first time in val after taking a 2 year break in CS and took M80 as second place in there group and only lost to a ex-Tier1 IGL

Stellar is pretty good but he lacks firepower tbh, but if everyone on NRG especially demon1 starts to aim like he used to i think things could work

It’s not a matter of players imo, they’re all good players and we know. It’s coaching and it’s IGLing, so if they do bench someone they need a proper IGL

I’d say just his IGLing. Cause if you were to bench someone to bring an IGL I don’t think it has to necessarily be Ethan, could be crashies or someone else
