It's mostly confirmed that bro can teleport. That leak shows him going out of portal. He can slow time too! Look at his drip bro, Katakuri drip! Katakuri doesn't necessarily slow time but it's close since he can read the future and can see any attacks coming. It's the same with ISO! Now don't be scared, he can slow time but only after getting a kill. So it's basically:
Get a kill -> Press Q to slow time -> Press E to TP out so not get traded.
