Duelist-sentinel: Chamber

Initiator:
Flash initiator: Breach, Kay/o
Recon Initiator: Fade, Sova
Hybrid initiator: Skye, Gekko

Controller:
Primary controller: Brim, Astra, Omen
Secondary Controller: Harbor
Viper: Viper

Duelist:
Movement duelist: Jett, Raze , Neon
Flash Duelist: Reyna, Pheonix, Yoru

He's not a duelist.
But his kit allows him to take more duels, especially on the defense side.
Hence duelist-sentinel, he's still a useful sentinel but has elements of a duelists.

2022 people were litrearlly using blud as a duelist, actually was a good for the game on stale ass ascent and icebox and gave people room to use different comps

No hes good for getting picks which isnt the same as entrying. They r playing sentinels so they will hold down sites even if they seem to be going to the other side. Theres a reason y teams run chamber plus duelists. 😂

u idiot, can u not read. #8 is saying they were using chamber to entry and clearly I'm responding to him which doesn't mean I'm responding to #1. but yeah the category is also wrong, chamber's gameplay doesn't mean entrying, its just good for holding which DOESNT equal entrying and getting kills.
cant expect much from a sen fan tbh(some of them), bunch of little tenz fans running around.

if you watched vct 2022 some teams were using him as a entry on ice box and ascent, i dont think you could really entry with him today but you def could then.

Yoru is odd.
I feel like you could honestly play him as a sorta flash-initiator in some ways.
but he's also useful in creating distractions and uncertainties with his tp.

this is pretty known and I think the most common comps are:
sentinel, flash and recon initiator, movement duelist, primary controller
OR
sentinel, hybrid initiator, movement duelist, primary controller, secondary controller/viper

this has been the META for a long time since it has the most versatility

also to add, KAY/O is a hybrid since his knife gives a ton of info with exact agents and # of people for an area

Yoru to Flash Initiator or new sub-category of duelist ;D This agent is way more of an initiator than it is a duelist.

a good yoru is capable of taking sites by himself. pro players just don't really understand how to get the most use out of yoru because his entries and entry setups are immensely situational. Whenever they try to integrate yoru into a comp they play it safe and just integrate his more grounded utility like his flashes and fake tps

cNed had the right idea but he never refined his setups. he just threw inefficient flashes and prayed that they were flashed to complement his tps and wasted too many clones on site peripherals

the best yorus in pro play that know how to properly play yoru as a space creator imo are TenZ, f0rsaken, and n1zzy

the best yoru that understands this but isn't really a pro is eggster. He has wayy more entry lineups and situational flashes locked down than even I do. I have to rewatch his clips sometimes like 9 times to try to understand why he uses a specific flash
