Mikes is a great coach

He's a great coach, here's the thing though. He doesn't have an analyst, nor any help. 100t did good on matches that they don't have a week to prepare for. Mikes had to do everything himself in a weekly format season, it's hard to keep managing as a solo coaching staff.

I'm sure if mikes requested an analyst or help he would be provided one. I think he prefers working alone ?
