Reworking the TSM roster

TSM's peak was arguably reaching second place at first strike after they fell to 100 Thieves 3-1. Since then they've been losing to teams which otherwise they shouldnt be losing to. First was getting 13-1'd to Immortals, and then with the rematch against 100 Thieves they lost to Hiko in a 1v4 while he was on thirty hp. Now its NOBLE, which is probably one of the better of Tier II teams which they lost 2-1. Heres what I think they should do to the roster

1. Incorperate Astra and rework the team comps. The fact that they still are playing omen as the main controller when Hes slowly being phased out is really really stupid. There is obviously a better controller who is more flexible and can do much more(Astra). The comps they run are really old. They need to get WARDELL to play characters other than Jett and if he cant do it he should be dropped. Jett one-tricks are never a longterm solution. Just look at Dicey and HYUNH.

2. Rework the roles of some of the players. Making players play roles that they dont want to or they arent good at is a crippling weakness.

3. Actually use different comps and actually study teams to try to figure out what they'll do. TSM has like two different comps but are essentially the same, I think they should just change them up. Or just have a lot of different comps that way you are extremely flexible

Disband and make TSM from EU players and make them come to NA bootcamp for tourney

Make Players Flexible,so that some Ego Oper don't think that duelist is reserved for him. Acknowledge other players and force some to learn new roles.

You don't know anything about the meta it's funny. Not sure if you noticed but the game got a huge update and Astra is not that viable anymore. All the t1 teams are starting to use omen again...
I don't think this a comp issue, no TSM games have been streamed so we don't really know what the problem is.

I think they have to change a ton. Like there's no reason to have 4 players who are optimal on duelist on the same team. I would probably delete the whole roster honestly. There's no reason to keep this roster except maybe building around Subroza or using these as support players but idk. I would probably get Aleksandar because he's probably the best unsigned player right now and TSM do have the cash to pay him. And then probably get poiz or something. It might be a pain to get but C9 probably don't have any reason to keep him because he's not big as a content creator. Or Kaboose either works. But this will create a good duelist pair who can probably entry and just carry the team. And then you need a killjoy/cypher player. I think they should get thwifo. Probably one of the better free agents and also he can igl. I think that's the main problem with TSM. They don't have a competent IGL. Or Co IGLS I think a loose IGL structure is fine as long as there's someone to pick up the pace in case everything is falling apart, which wasn't the case for TSM. And then I think a viper/omen player is the next thing they need because viper is still strong and astra is getting a little weaker. Which honestly I think Subroza is fine for. I think he's a pretty good omen but I'd rather have someone who could flex on to viper as well. So Jammyz. Yea I think Jammyz is kinda poggers. And I think they'd work well together because Subroza can also play skye.

I think Aleksandar, poiz/Kaboose, thwifo, Subroza, Jammyz would be a good team and TSM could honestly afford all of these players probably.

Subroza is good fragger but not when he's on Omen or any smoker

I feel like WARDELL should have a flexIble agent pool and either hazed or bang should be smokes. Subroza as a duelist and Drone on Initiator roles. That might be a good move

Honestly, i feel like team is exposed to haters more than fans. I think the pressure they get from both fans and haters is high right now. Every forum speaks abt tsm. This might mentally affect them resulting in worst performance. Please be good enough to team

TSM i liked u cuzz of the healthy rivalry between u and us(100T) but u will be a shit t3 team until u nuke the whole roster ...the 5 u have in ur roster play for show and have too much ego and are not hard working being the highest paid
EG:- DRONE man is in TSM and highly paid and doesn't know 100s of lineups even pug sova mains will know more
WARDELL man has played only JETT for Tsm since beta smh
