User Team Rankings

Can we get a weekly, user voted team power rankings for the site? The rankings up now are pretty bad since there is no adjustment for tier1/tier2 competition.

asking for vlr.gg's opinion is a recipe for disaster

the devs said they're remaking the rankings page
