deadlock ult op in 1v1?

isnt it literally the same as gekko ult?

in a 1v1 if a gekko ults after plant, there are only a few things you can do, shooting 5 bullets and destroying can be very difficult.

deadlock ult is also same, in fact it is even easier to dodge

Can you dodge it ?? Because if not , its very power creep problem

Yup ult is pretty balanced imo.
The only one I'm concerning is the crouching slow skill.
