Pre not needed imo. Went from 160lbs to 215 without ever taking anything pre. Just get the right amount of calories, carbs, some good fats and protein in

Pre is just for energy not for anything else. Some people def need it depending on their schedule or caffeine tolerance.

Okay, C4 is a commonly used one, but it might be the biggest scam in the fitness industry. C4’s blend of ingredients doesn’t even come close to the amount of things you need in a pre workout. What a pre workout needs is at least 3000mg of L-Citrulline and 3000mg of Beta Alanine. These components of a pre workout only start working or are valuable at these doses.
Secondly, caffeine is based on ur preference.
Currently I am using Godzilla from RyseSupps (200mg caffeine)
If you want high caffeine I’d go bucked up or total war or alpha lion. Alpha lion is the best pre I’ve ever had, it’s just expensive.
Another great brand is Raw Nutrition. Their essential pre is cheap, and rlly good.
Hope this helps, fellow gym bro that loves lifting and pre workout. These are all products I have tried and that work. Just be aware of ur caffeine intake homie. Have a great lifting career and I hope this helps!
Edit: Gorilla mode is also good, just super expensive. With shipping and no discount codes
Ryse has two discount codes I use LOYAL25 (25%) and THANKYOU30 (30%), the thirty percent may not be as active.

Cresp pretty much hit the nail on the coffin. Ekko vision definitely my favorite in terms of effects but price and taste are definitely not desirable. When I don’t have that I use loaded it’s not too much of anything and is very well rounded. Not the biggest fan of ripping my skin off

^ no matter how disciplined I am as a person I simply am not getting a decent workout in after 8 hours of work unless I take pre 🤷‍♂️
