I never have really liked the taste but I enjoy coffee. I know for a lot of people it’s the other way around but to each their own. Also I find coffee is the cheapest way to get my daily intake

I prefer the taste of coffee too but I just can't stop drinking energy drinks since they have more caffeine. I might drink coffee in the morning and still crave for energy drink T_T

Cheap coffee machine and grounds from the grocery store is easy way to get started. I used a keurig for the longest time which was pretty good now I use a nespresso

It’s really not that bad. Some mr coffees are like 20 USD and grounds from the store aren’t too bad either. It’s when you buy from chains, invest in expensive machines, or get into energy drinks when it gets bad

That’s why I got into espresso . Got hooked on energy drinks for a while because of the caffeine but i always preferred the taste/cost of coffee

I never really got into coffee that much, I always buy out and drink at work. Maybe I can give that a try, might give me a reason to wake up earlier lolz

Make my own cold brew. Use my bean-to-cup machine if I was too lazy to make cold brew the previous day.

I try to only drink caffeine on work days, and even then I normally only drink coffee if I'm stressed or just mentally tapped out and it's less for the caffeine and more for the act of doing smth so it's only one shot of espresso normally unless I'm giga tapled out or tired

Guide for caffeine:

  1. Work/study: If you are working/ studying for a first time taker 1 shot of espresso/ 1 energy drink would be fine I tend to prefer Monster ultra cause i am working on controlling caloric sugars and also it doesnt taste like cough syrup.
    You need to alternate taking caffiene on really immportant days so that you dont hit your peak tolerance so I suggest taking for 2 weeks and doing a ween off period for 1 week or 1 and a half to reduce your caffiene tolerance. DO NOT GO OVER 400mg per day or 500 mg Perday Caffiene is a dehydration agent and without proper hydration you have a serious chance of Diarrehea + dehydration which might kill you (Watch chubbyemu video on guy who drank 2liters of coffee).
  2. Gaming: tbh not required unless you are a pro player.
  3. Workout/gym: take black coffee without sugar on upper body days and on leg day take 2 black coffees (250ml each or 300ml each). If coffee causes acidity you can try preworkout. Remember to do a loading cycle so that you again dont reach your peak and also try the same method for caffiene tolerance as in work/study. Preworkout 1 scoop (200mg) on upper body day and 2 scoop (400mg) on leg day for maximum efficiency and dont have any other source of caffiene that day.

wake up and drink a small cup of caffeine so I don’t crash to work/school. then drink the main caffeine at 10:30 am to carry thru the day

I drink decaf iced coffee for the taste, I don't want to be dependent on caffeine since I'm already ADHD

0 i don't drink coffee nor anything related to caffeine but I do drink softdrinks once every 1-2 weeks and as far focus , give me music and i can be focused.

i try not to go over the recommended dosage of 400mg caff, even though I feel like my tolerance is very high, because 350-400mg is sometimes insufficient for me throughout the day. my go-to is big cup of black coffee in the morning, and a monster in the afternoon for study/work/workout
