Here'a a good idea to buff the ult without making it too strong:

Make it like Raze's ult. If there is more than one person in its range, get them both
Alternatively, make it so it traps a person where it bounces from AND where it bounces too

this is a good change
only other ult i can think of the can literally only get one kill even if used perfectly is iso
every single ult has potential to get multiple kills if used in the right situation
