Why did we not see Keznit on it first half? That's right, only competent Raze can play it, and only on this map. That's probably like 5-6 in the whole world.
Pubstomping is another story though.
It's more like Twitch Gaming. Weibo would be like Facebook Gaming, and Jindong would be Amazon Gaming. So it's weird, yes, but it's exactly like how esport teams should be sustained: self-contained PR divisions for megacorporations.
Improbable. FPX is much worse than the other 2 teams.
It's a separate region. Depending on performance, they might get the full 4 slots next year.
Besides, Pacifics is held in Seoul, so top Asian teams will scrim regardless. I worry about the Western side of the sport, hopefully they keep up the level of commitment to the title. If you count the sheer potential for talents, they surely ain't winning.
290k viewers. This is probably not "heat", but real viewers. An outrageous number for a game that's barely released, regardless. I fear for the future of Valorant, once CN revs up the pipeline.
Not really. NAVI's Valorant roster is just not terribly likeable. Their IGL is a Tier 3 strat terrorist and they have serially choked every major game thus far. Not to mention, their carry is an obese Turk, and their other players have wet farts for personalities.
I wouldn't really be worried. They lost the match but has the better round tally. However, TL and LOUD are both dangerous teams, if they ever decide to wake up, that is.
Maybe, but we're seeing international signings all over APAC right now. You can't be suggesting that East Asians don't speak English.
It will, how dumb is it that orgs have to scurry at this forum's convenience. They will continue scouting and bargaining until the deadline comes, and hopefully so. APAC orgs will need all the time they have to figure out their rosters.
Well, it's legal enough for FGC Invis to attract most top tier CN orgs. I can understand viewership could be fucked if the general populace is not playing the game, but the players are good.
Even this year they secured the LCQ slot. APAC will be much less competitive without them imo.
On second thought, KR orgs can sign at least some of them, right ? GenG and T1 have yet to sign anyone.
The CN scene has huge potential, will Riot be holding open Invivationals for them like this year ?
If so, that's a fat waste. Tier 1 Leagues always create a scrim bubble, outsiders can almost never compete.
Just a view bait by Riot, this shit is scripted, it's gonna go to 5 games, Optic will win anyways.
Insane Chamber diff. Ardiis hit some haxx shots earlier, but Cryo played so much smarter.
This dude's gotta be hacking. What the actual fuck was that ?
Enzo clutched out of his mind every now and then, he had a bad game, leave it at that.
That's what i thought, but dude got 1 shot by a phantom so clearly not.
Wtf is Booster doing ? Why is he buying half armor ? Is he keybinding, is it even legal ?
Boozz is terrible holy shit. Missing 3 crucial shots in a round, he's done tonight.
What doesn't kill you make you crippled.
DRX will probably mental boom, let's be real.
We only call them chokers because they whoop asses prior to choking.
It's this time of the year for the annual DRX collapse. They are surely going to mental boom after this.
They will 2-0. Floptic is mental BOOMed
Rigged shit for sure. Riot is gonna get caught pants down one day.
Eco aces are just travesties. It's not really worth hyping, especially when you have access to a few backs and can just spray away.
Some aces though, are really fucking bonkers.
Get off 'my' dick is different.
To get off someone's dick means to stop sucking up to someone. It's used to call out disingenuous / disproportionate praise for someone.
Now, surely if you refer to yourself, people would assume a different meaning from the context. Words like 'dick' and 'fuck' nowadays have very derivative meanings. If you really spend braincells browsing 'urban dictionary', you can never spend emough.
Getting off one's ass and getting off one's dick are different.
Might even be a hot take with all the NA hate around here, but NA is not bad at all. If they condense their talents into a few competent rosters (franchising next year), they might give EMEA a run for their money. NA LCQ has been super close so far.
Same people who think Tenz still has a high 'ceiling'. It was the first Master, we had fond memory of it, let it be.
Again, not saying that Tenz and Lakia are washed, simply that we expect too much of them.
Slots allocated beginning of year. Riot probably didn't expect regions to be this close in power level, so they tried to pander to SA because their CSGO was half-decent.
Pls don't sneak india in there, it's not even a proper region. It's like TWHK and VN, literally only there for representation. Gets raped everytime.
KR=BR>TR
How are the chinese teams ? Any chance they're showing up at Champs ?
Have not followed NA for a minute, which team is the favourite to win LCQ ?
SEN looking so so thus far, is TGRD even any good now ?
Fair game to FPX. Super salty that PRX elected to go for this dogshit novelty comp, but what's done is done, hopefully they learn to a play proper comp next time.
Just a matter of form. Previously, you can argue the same for APAC, yet they are getting to finals this time.
SA also flopped Master 2 Berlin last year, every single NA seed placed better than them.
The real reason is that Riot thought BR has the potential to produce a contender, due to their FPS foundations in CSGO. Turns out Riot doesn't have to pander so hard after all, regions are very balanced in this game.
BR/Latam has less than 1/3 the playerbase of EMEA, even putting the NA question aside, they don't deserve more seeds than EMEA, period.
