Remove chet, and get a coach who is like potter, good antistratter while boosting morale. Perhaps mCe.
Victor? You can't get rid of him, he practically carried during Split 1. Raze/Sentinel
Crashies? You can't get rid of him if you don't get rid of Victor. Intiator
Ethan? Move to flex, and not IGL. Flex
Demon1? Move to Sentinel position/Jett
Grab an IGL who can play Viper/Smokes
