Is oxy the best duelist right now?

People keep saying oxy is the best duelist but i dont know if i can agree since he is pretty much a rookie,
I think these players could top him off

he's not even the best in his region, he's closer to #2 itw at duelist than #1 in his region at duelist though so :/

most impactful thats for sure. aspas and texture have better stats and possibly skill, but oxy draws in a lot more impact.

Aspas is definitely the best but I'd say Keznit should also be in conversation

There is a gap betwen ASPAS and the other duelists on the scene, this guy is doing it for years and I believe he isnt even on his prime yet.
